  • All payments for premium listings are billed in advance.
  • Refunds will only be provided in the following circumstances:
    • If we are unable to publish your listing due to our error.
    • If you are charged incorrectly due to a billing system error.
  • We do not provide refunds for:
    • Change of mind.
    • Failure to use or take advantage of your listing.
    • Suspension or removal of your listing due to breach of our Terms & Conditions.
  • Any approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
