Why is my business listed on here?
In order to make our directory as useful as possible to locals and businesses we have gone and searched out as many local businesses as possible to add to our site. These listings are free and can be claimed and managed by the business owner.

Can I manage and update my own listing?
Yes! If your business is listed on our site already you can claim your listing and manage and update it yourself. You can also upgrade it to a premium listing to access more features.
How do I claim my listing?
To claim your listing: Find the listing using our search function. Open it and scroll down to the “Claim Listing” button and fill in the form. Using an official business email on the form will help speed up the claim process.
Can I add my business?
Yes! Just go to our “Add Your Business” page and select either a Free or Premium plan, create your account and create your listing.
What is a premium listing?
A Premium listing is a paid upgrade for your listing. A Premium listing includes lots of features not available on free listings. Premium listings will also appear at the top of Category pages, increasing the visibility of your business.
Someone is pretending to be me. What should I do?
During the listing claim process we do our best to verify the ownership of a business. However, If you believe someone has claimed your business listing and is pretending to be you please contact us asap and we can sort it out.

I can’t work out how to edit my listing, what should I do?
To edit your listing follow these instructions:

Why is my premium listing not showing at the top of the search results?
The first thing to clarify if you notice your premium listing not appearing near the top of the list page is whether you are looking at a category list or a search result list. They look very similar.
A category list is a list of all the businesses in that particular category. At the top of the list it will say something like “All businesses” or “All Builders” depending on the category selected.
Premium listing that fall under these categories will be displayed at the top of this list.
If there are multiple premium listings within those categories they will appear in a random order at the top of this list.
A search result list looks similar but is different. At the top of this list it will say eg. “Search results for: Builder” after someone has searched for “Builder” using the search bar.
In this case the results are displayed in order of their relevance to the search term. Therefore, Premium listings will not show at the top unless they are the most relevant listing.
Does my free listing expire?
No, free listing will continue unless you decide to delete it.
I can't find a category that describes my business, What do I do?
If you can’t find a category that fits your business don’t worry. Just select the closest one and contact us. We can add categories.
You can also use the tagline field to be more specific about your business.
What is a tagline?
A tagline is just a very short description of the type of business you are, but can be more specific than the category your business fits into.
eg. Your Category might be “Mechanics” and you might add a tagline that says “Mobile Mechanic”
What is a Main/Default Category ?
Both our listing plans allow you to select multiple categories for your business listing. The “Main” or “Default” category is the one of the categories you have selected that your business sits in best. If you can’t work out which one to select don’t worry, just select any of the options. This is for back end function and won’t impact your listing.
